Noah Weiland, son of late Stone Temple Pilots, etc. vocalist Scott Weiland, has released a cover of Velvet Revolver‘s “Slither“. His late father fronted that supergroup, which also featured several members of Guns N’ Roses and more. “Slither” went on to become the band’s signature track, going gold back in 2005. Noah also oversaw the AI-generated video for his take on the track, which you can experience below.
Noah released the track yesterday, June 15th, in celebration of Father’s Day. This past February also found him revisiting some of his father’s work, covering Stone Temple Pilots‘ “Sex Type Thing“.
