Stray From The Path Announce Their Final West Coast Headlining Show

Despite just beginning to roll out dates for their farewell touring, Stray From The Path have already found themselves facing criticism for their initial routing choices. May 30th saw the politically active rap metalcore band announce their newly released album “Clockworked” would be their latest, with the group setting out to wind down their career this year.

The dates for that farewell trek have since begun to come to light, with yesterday, June 11th, spelling out the stops for a final European/UK trek. Today, June 12th, saw the group announce what they have billed as their ‘final’ West Coast headlining show: July 25th at the Glass House in Pomona, CA. Tickets for that concert will be on sale tomorrow, June 13th at 12:00pm PST.

Faced with multiple complaints of not hitting certain cities this week, the band’s drummer Craig Reynolds responded on X yesterday, June 11th, sharing this series of posts outlining the numerous personal sacrifices he has made for the band’s touring throughout their career, while bluntly telling those complaining about the band not hitting their city to travel to a city that is.

Reynolds also elaborated on his exasperation, explaining that the band are already going out of their way to play these farewell shows after initially considering to call it quits without a final sendoff. Given the circumstances, prior to admitting he was “crashing out” in the series of posts, he understandably voiced his frustration in part at one point, stating:

“we’re 4 grown ass men travelling 20000+ miles multiple times this year to try and play some final shows. the band is done, we don’t wanna do this anymore. so you get what you get. if you’re upset get a flight, i’ve taken 22 this year. if you’re mad, good news we’re breaking up!!”

At the moment, the dates for the band’s farewell tour will hit the following cities, with more stops pending. And before any more potential complaints are lodged, the group also specified today on social media that further farewell shows in the United States are in the works, so stay tuned for that.
