Thrash metal giants Metallica have dropped a lyric video for the newly remastered version of their track “Ain’t My Bitch“. That song served as the opener to the band’s divisive alternative rock-leaning 1996 album “Load“. An extensive deluxe box set edition of that record with bonus tracks numbering in the hundreds will be arriving on June 13th.
In addition to this sonically updated version of the album track, the band have also shared a pair of alternate takes, including the ‘Original Arrangement Rough Mix’, the ‘Original Ending Alternate Mix’, as well as a November 23rd, 1996 live performance of the song at the Oslo Spektrum in Oslo, Norway.
