The Word Alive‘s brand new track “Eyes Above” debuted online tonight. Speaking of it, vocalist Tyler “Telle” Smith stated:
“‘Eyes Above‘ was one of the first songs I worked on last summer in Los Angeles on a writing trip. I had the concept lyrically when I went into the studio and knew I wanted to bridge the gap between everything people have come to love about The Word Alive, but taking it up a notch. I felt like this song was a way to celebrate the history of the band, while also ushering in a new era where we are going to show the world we have no intention of slowing down. Hopefully people want to break their necks head banging to this one.”
