Australian blackened nü-metal band Mélancolia have announced an August 29th release date for their sophomore album, “random.access.misery“. That record will be out via Greyscale Records/Nuclear Blast. A video for the opening track “ALL_IS_RUST” was shot with Steller Media and has just made its way online to welcome fans into this new chapter.
The band’s vocalist Alex Hill elaborated on what fans can expect on this new outing, which sports guests spots from Hunter Young of PSYCHO-FRAME/Moodring and Christopher Mackertich of DREGG.
“While there has been a departure from straight up deathcore, we feel this song sounds even more representative of Mélancolia. And after testing the waters debuting this song in Europe earlier this year we can confirm this one is already a crowd favourite.”
