GRAMMY Award-winning progressive metal band Dream Theater recently gave their 2009 track “The Best Of Times” its first-ever live performance. The group opened their encore during their March 22nd set at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City, NY with that song, complete with violinist Jonathan Dinklage guesting.
That concert also closed out the North American leg of the band’s 40th anniversary live celebrations. Fan-filmed footage of that first public airing of the “Black Clouds & Silver Linings” song is available below.
