Nashville nü-metalcore band Orthodox‘s newly shared single “Commit To Consequence” finds them joined by Andrew Neufeld, vocalist of Canadian hardcore outfit Comeback Kid. Orthodox will also be joining Comeback Kid across much of their upcoming U.S. run celebrating 20 years of “Wake The Dead“. Orthodox vocalist Adam Easterling said of this track:
“‘Commit To Consequence‘ is about taking accountability for the wrongs you’ve done, and dealing with the fallout; delivered through the extreme metaphor of finding out if your skull is bullet proof.”
Easterling and Neufeld are said to have hit it off on the road, with Easterling also holding Comeback Kid in high regard. He said of his admiration for the band:
“Comeback Kid was an act I kept up with when every new record dropped. They got me into hardcore when I was in high school and Andrew is one of the strongest and most versatile vocalists in hardcore of the last 20 years.”
