Deafheaven have taken the wraps off of their new album “Lonely People With Power“. The blackgaze outfit recorded that opus with Justin Meldal-Johnson (St. Vincent, M83) producing and Zach Weeks mixing. They’ve also newly signed with Roadrunner Records for the effort’s upcoming March 28th release.
First up from it is the below newly launched video for the single, “Magnolia“. Sean Stout and Chelsea Jade co-directed the visual component that accompanies it. “Lonely People With Power” boasts a pair of guest appearances, with Jae Matthews of Boy Harsher appearing on “Incidental II” and Paul Banks of Interpol featured on an as-yet unspecified track
