Metallica have announced that they’ll be streaming their impending ‘Helping Hands Concert & Auction‘ event next week. The proceeds from that annual concert/fundraiser go towards the legendary thrash metal band’s charitable foundation All Within My Hands.
This year’s event will be held tomorrow, December 13th at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, CA. It’s now been announced that a stream of the show will premiere on YouTube next Thursday, December 19th at 12:00pm PST / 03:00pm EST.
Other performers announced thus far for tomorrow’s big show include Van Halen veterans Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony, guitar wizard Joe Satriani and drummer Kenny Aronoff (ex-Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc.). String duo SistaStrings will open.
