Slaughter To Prevail vocalist Alex Terrible recently suffered a rather gruesome injury, at least gruesome for more humans who don’t wrestle bears or lose a piece of their tooth playing tug of war with a tiger. Outside of fronting the aforementioned Russian deathcore mob, Terrible has also been pursuing his passion in bare knuckle fighting.
In the below video shared online earlier today, November 21st, Terrible showed off the rather large hematoma on his right cheek. He remarked, “You know what? That was last time I spar without headgear… fuck this shit.”
