Slayer guitarist Kerry King has provided a sonic update to the entrance theme of WWE wrestler Damian Priest, “Rise For The Night“. That rendition of the song, “Rise For The Night“, recently began airing on WWE programming and can be heard below. The original version of the theme was penned by def rebel, a music production company employed by WWE to craft various theme music for their stars and programming.
Priest‘s admiration for Slayer has been present for numerous years, with his sitout chokeslam finisher being dubbed ‘South Of Heaven’ in honor of Slayer‘s 1988 single and album of the same name.
