While a big chunk of next year will find Bullet For My Valentine out celebrating 20 years of their gold-certified debut album “The Poison“, nostalgia isn’t the only thing currently on their plate. The British metalcore band have just confirmed via social media that they have begun sessions for their eighth studio album.
Presumably that opus will follow them wrapping things up with their planned live celebrations for “The Poison“. A shot from the studio just shared on the band’s Instagram finds them once again holed up with producer, mixer, etc. Carl Bown (Bring Me the Horizon, Sleep Token). There’s no details yet as to when you can expect to hear what they’re coming up with.
The first half of 2025 however will be spent celebrating “The Poison” on the road. Trivium will be sharing the top billing with BFMV on that trek, with the aforementioned Floridian thrash metal band marking the 20th anniversary of their own “Ascendancy” album on that run. Together those two artists will be hitting the following cities on the trek, which has been dubbed ‘The Poisoned Ascendancy Tour‘.
