Bullet For My Valentine Announce Extremely Limited Edition Pressing Of "The Poison"

Bullet For My Valentine have announced an extremely limited edition 20th anniversary pressing of their gold-certified 2005 debut album “The Poison“. Limited to 50 copies in total, the album has been pressed with real rose petals encased inside it. Given that inclusion, customs restrictions have seen them only able to make the pressing available to UK residents. The band stated of that today, October 31st:

“To all of our UK fans – Happy Halloween!

To celebrate, and to mark one month to go until the release of the 20th anniversary edition of ‘The Poison‘, we are releasing 50 limited special edition copies of the album. Pressed with real, organic rose petals encased inside this is the chance to own a piece of the band’s history in a one-of-a-kind product. Demand for these will be extremely high, so we will drop a set amount of units every Thursday at 5pm for the next three weeks, with any remaining stock to be included in flash sales. Sadly these will be UK only due to customs restrictions. For those who miss out, we’ll have new merch to release for you soon.”

The British melodic metalcore band of course have big plans ahead for the album hitting the aforementioned milestone. They intend to perform it in full across several co-headlining tours with Trivium next year. The aforementioned Floridian thrashers will be ringing in 20 years of their album “Ascendancy” on that trek, leading to the run having being dubbed ‘The Poisoned Ascendancy Tour‘.
