Idle Heirs have signed a deal with Relapse and are preparing their debut release for the label for a 2025 release. The group are fronted by Sean Ingram of metalcore veterans Coalesce, with producer/musician Josh Barber (Norma Jean, Tech N9ne) rounding out the announced roster thus far.
There’s a brief preview to be seen of what’s to come below. Along with that, Ingram shared the following about the project’s origins:
“We initially had no intention to share this record outside of our loved ones so there was absolutely no fear to go out on a limb (creatively) and just let it live wherever that went. In that way the record really wrote itself, and the bigger challenge was just getting out of the way and let it be what it wanted to be.”
