Buñuel have just put out their new song “American Steel“, which finds Duane Denison of The Jesus Lizard, Tomahawk, etc. fame guesting. Buñuel are fronted by ex-Oxbow vocalist Eugene S. Robinson and will digitally release their new double album “Mansuetude” this Friday, October 25th. Physical copies however have been delayed to a November 15th release.
Denison had the following to share of his contributions to this song:
“Eugene Robinson‘s vocals have the effect of listening to a desperately flailing drowning man, and my guitar serves as a malfunctioning floatation device–it never quite makes it long enough to provide actual safety.”
