Scars On Broadway have digitally released some material from the vaults ahead of an upcoming vinyl reissue of their self-titled 2008 debut album. That group are led by System Of A Down guitarist/vocalist Daron Malakian.
The vinyl reissue will have two previously unreleased b-sides “Stranger” and “War For Religion” newly included. Additionally, a bonus 7″ featuring the non-album tracks “Fucking“, which previously saw a release in 2010, and the newly shared “Shotgun” is also includedwith that pressing. It is these latter two tracks that have newly hit digital service providers.
Pre-orders for the upcoming 20th anniversary vinyl release are due to go up this Friday, October 04th. Keep an eye on scarsonbroadway.com to secure yourself a copy.
The group are hitting the road for the first since 2019 this weekend, hitting Korn‘s 30th anniversary show at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, CA this Saturday, October 05th. Other artists scheduled to perform include Evanescence, Gojira, Spiritbox and Vended. Malakian and co. will follow that with a stop at this year’s ‘Aftershock‘ festival in Sacramento, CA on Friday, October 11th.
