Metallica‘s ascent to the upper echelon of heavy metal over their multi-decade reign has seen the group repeatedly give back. Through their All Within My Hands Foundation, the band consistently provide sizable donations towards ending hunger, disaster relief, educational pursuits and more.
However, as we saw last year, some Metallica fans are a bit less welcoming when it comes to the group’s charitable efforts. Now the outfit have shared a new compilation of concertgoers at the band’s live shows cluelessly turning down free Snake Pit pass upgrades. Those passes grant access to the closest view a fan can get to the band, with the Snake Pit being housed in a standing-room area housed in the middle of the stage.
