Arch Enemy vocalist Alissa White-Gluz guests on the newly released track from Simone Simons (Epica). That song, “Cradle To The Grave“, arrives flanked with a music video and is taken from Simons‘ just debut solo alum, “Vermillion“, which finds her paired with Arjen Lucassen (Ayreon). That full-length opus made its way out today, August 23rd.
The latter pair commented of this new single:
“‘Cradle To The Grave‘ is about the universal experience of navigating life’s ups and downs and the quest for meaning and purpose. It views the human condition as one of struggle and resilience, where despite efforts to build and achieve, there’s an underlying acceptance that life is brief, finite, and often cruel.”
