Queens Of The Stone Age have now cancelled/postponed the remaining dates they had planned for this year. The gold-certified alternative rock band were forced to scrap their European tour this past July in light of vocalist/guitarist Josh Homme requiring emergency surgery. A second update shared late last month saw further shows canceled in light of Homme continuing to require medical care.
In an update shared today, August 23rd, the band revealed the fate of their 2024 plans, offering:
“QOTSA regret to announce the cancellation and/or postponement of all remaining 2024 shows. Josh has been given no choice but to prioritize his health and to receive essential medical care through the remainder of the year.
