“Serenity” has debuted as the fourth advance single from Vended‘s upcoming self-titled debut album. The studio version of that track was just released, with the song having previously made its way into the band’s live sets. Derek Rathbun was tasked with directing the accompanying music video.
The alternative metal group managed to get an early leg up due to their familial ties to Slipknot. Vocalist Griffin Taylor is the son of Slipknot vocalist Corey Taylor, while drummer Simon Crahan is the son of Slipknot percussionist M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan. Guitarists Cole Epseland & Connor Grodzicki, and bassist Jeremiah Pugh round out the group’s roster. 13 tracks will appear on this upcoming opus, which is due out on September 20th.
