Former Spiritbox bassist Bill Crook has passed away. Crook was a member of the alternative metal outfit from 2018 through till 2022, with Josh Gilbert going on to replace him. Crook‘s performances were featured on Spiritbox‘s debut album “Eternal Blue“.
A friend of Crook‘s family has shared word of his passing via the below post on social media, which was given the blessing of Crook‘s mother.
“Hi everyone. I have some absolutely devastating news to share. I’m so profoundly sad to say that our dear friend Bill Crook has passed away. He was a friend to so many, and a dear friend to me since we were children. Bill was, and is, loved by so many people, and I’m so incredible sorry to have to share this devastating information with you.
There will be many words and many tears, but for now I just need to get the terrible news out. Im so sorry. I love you all. I love you Bill.”
