This Is Hell have been forced to postpone their planned return to Europe this summer. That run was to serve as the first trek out that way for the Long Island, NY-based crossover band in a decade> However, a wrist injury suffered by their drummer Mike Sciulara has forced them to back out. A statement issued overnight reads as follows:
“Bad News: Mike (our drummer) had an MRI earlier this week on his wrist that revealed an issue that has to be dealt with now to avoid long term damage, because of this we are going to have to postpone the European tour this summer. It’s a huge bummer, but Mike needs proper treatment, rest, and recovery. Everyone send him their best & we hope to get over there in 2025. Apologies to the promoters/festivals, and anyone else who had a hand in helping set this up, we were very much looking forward to finally getting back to Europe.”
