As I Lay Dying, etc. frontman Tim Lambesis has gone public with his health struggles over the past year. In a video shared earlier tonight (July 11th), the controversial metalcore vocalist revealed that for the past year he has been dealing two bulging discs in his spine, along with spinal stenosis, and arthritis in a few of his joints.

According to Lambesis, the injuries were severe enough that he had trouble so much as getting off the couch and even rolling over in bed for a period of several months. He is since on the mend after a year of undergoing physical therapy for his injuries, revealing that he is now back to being able to “do consistent workouts again.” You can watch him discuss that in the below video.
