New Zealand nü-metal revivalists Kaosis are back with another video and featured guest appearance. Acclaimed guitarist Michael Angelo Batio (Manowar, etc.) lends a solo to this latest track from the group, “Arrival Of The Fittest“. This song has been announced as the last single from Kaosis‘ upcoming album “We Are The Future“. Vocalist/producer Xen commented:
“The instrumental interlude in Arrival of the Fittest called for wizardry. Shredgod built off the mystique of the section with a tasteful flex of his unique and innovative performance techniques.”
According to percussionist Modus, “Arrival Of The Fittest” is about, “Being comfortable with leaving negative influences and factors behind in order to grow.”
Batio is the latest reveal of a deep roster of special guests who have joined up with Kaosis. In addition to “We Are The Future” featuring studio drumming from (hed)p.e.‘s Jeremiah Stratton, already released singles have boasted spots from current and former members of Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Static-X, Sepultura, Mushroomhead, Incubus, Ill Niño, and Chimaira, among others.
