The 66th annual ‘GRAMMY Awards‘ are being handed out today, February 04th as part of a pair of ceremonies in Los Angeles, CA. As has been the case for a number of years now, the metal and rock world are often don’t make the big show and are instead handed out at a pre-telecast performance. This year saw that telecast ceremony take place at the Nokia Theatre with thrash metal legends Metallica taking home the award for ‘Best Metal Performance’. Bassist/vocalist Robert Trujillo was on hand to accept the award.
