By now, we’ve seen all types of questionable and unexpected activities take place in a circle pit at a metal show. However, it was probably still a bit of a shock for some last night (October 28th) to see a group of individuals seated for a game of Magic: The Gathering in the middle of the circle pit.
That match took place at yesterday’s ‘Wrecking Ball Metal Madness‘ show at The Echo Lounge & Music Hall in Dallas, TX. Frozen Soul presented that event, with the game in question (as seen below) apparently taking place amid their set. Other artists performing last night included Eternal Champion, Skinless, Devourment and more.
According to one fan in attendance, the individuals in question proceeded to play out their game for roughly 3-4 songs.
