Noise rockers Chat Pile have crafted the soundtrack for the forthcoming new film ‘Tenkiller‘. The band’s own vocalist Raygun Busch has also landed a part in that film, which is slated to premiere on November 18th. Busch will appear as ‘Toy‘ in the flick, which was co-directed by Jeremy and Kara Choate.

Regarding the film’s plot, the following synopsis was offered:

‘One year after the tragic death of his best friend, an eighteen-year-old machinist struggles with the split of his parents and the violent way of life surrounding him.’

The band commented of their involvement:

“The music we made for ‘Tenkiller‘ is quite a bit different than what you may come to expect from us. We were given the freedom to really experiment and explore territories that we’ve never done before. It’s not going to be for everyone, but we hope some of you connect with what we set out to do.”

At the moment, you can check out the band’s contributions “Tenkiller” and “Lake Time (Mr. Rodan)” below. Their full soundtrack will arrive alongside the film on November 18th via Bandcamp. A limited run of cassette and vinyl of the 17-song soundtrack is also planned for a 2023 release.
