Nü-metal’s most notorious vocalist, Fred Durst, will be in front of the camera in a forthcoming A24 co-produced horror film, ‘I Saw The TV Glow‘. While Durst has made a career as a director in his downtime from Limp Bizkit, he has been confirmed to have bagged an unspecified role in this upcoming Jane Schoenbrun-directed horror film.
Several other musicians will also appear in that feature, including Phoebe Bridgers, Sloppy Jane, Lindsey Jordan (Snail Mail) and King Woman.
The official plot synopsis for the film reads as follows:
“Two teenage outcasts bond over their shared love of a scary TV show. But when it is mysteriously canceled, the boundary between the show and reality begins to blur.”
