Billy Howerdel, ringleader of the multi-platinum alternative metal outfit A Perfect Circle, has dropped a music video for his solo track “Free And Weightless“. Fashion photoghrapher Jordan Hemingway was hired on to helm that video, with the song appearing on Howerdel‘s recently released solo debut album, “What Normal Was“.
