Former Alice In Chains Bassist Seen Mixing Medications Prior To Death, Report Available

While a cause of death has yet to be determined for ex-Alice In Chains bassist Mike Starr, TMZ.com are reporting that he was seen mixing methadone along with anxiety medication a few hours prior to his death. TMZ are citing Starr‘s roommate as the source of the information. As previously reported, Starr was found dead in a Salt Lake City, UT residence yesterday, March 08th.
