After having blacked out their social media profiles and website this past Friday, Deftones have launched another new cryptic tease, this time in video form (see below.) Numerous entries in the code of their blacked out official website seem to suggest the band are leading up to a potential September 25th release for their ninth studio album, though nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
In addition to the below tease, the image on their official website, deftones.com has newly been updated. Interestingly, new phrases apparently have also been showing up on select songs in Spotify.
