Gone Is Gone (Mastodon, Queens Of The Stone Age, etc.) have shared a freak show inspired new video for the title track to to their full-length debut, “Echolocation“. Newmerica Media directed the clip which finds Troy Sanders (also of Mastodon) as both the freak show barker and the Italian crooner, while the band’s Mike Zarin appears as the the parasitiv twin bartender. Sanders said of the clip:
“The video is inspired by Gibsonton, Florida, the famous wintering and retirement home of traveling sideshow carnies. That’s the backdrop for this cautionary tale about two punks out on an adventure ride. Through a series of events, the mischievous energy they exert returns full circle, eventually leading to their own demise.”
