Yesterday a faked story went viral suggesting that Speaker of the United States House Of Representatives Paul Ryan was seen listening to Papa Roach‘s “Last Resort” in his car shortly after his American Health Care Act was defeated. The hoax apparently was masterminded by Justin Halpern, who tweeted:
ooof the kicker on this New York Times story… pic.twitter.com/YO6Wq3k5vK

Amusingly the story wasn’t entirely far-fetched as Ryan was said to be a fan of Rage Against The Machine a few years back, much to Tom Morello‘s disdain. Regardless of the hoax, Papa Roach themselves got in the fun, tweeting:
When we feel defeated we listen to Paul Ryan. ??
