Thy Art Is Murder were rejoined onstage by former vocalist CJ McMahon during last night’s performance at the ‘UNIFY Festival‘ in Australia. Former touring vocalist for the band, Lochlan Watt, shared the below image stating that CJ is “back where he belongs”.
Meanwhile, the below video shared by New Fury Media finds McMahon addressing his return at the show, describing himself as a “drug addict” when he first left the band and later stating that he is “back to take over the world.” Both the band and McMahon have yet to clearly specify if the reunion is permanent however.
McMahon originally left the band back in December of 2015, citing financial reasons.
