Watch Periphery's Matt Halpern Help Perform 'Doom' Video Game Soundtrack At 'The Game Awards'

Mick Gordon‘s soundtrack to this year’s ‘Doom‘ video game was quite arguably the heaviest video game soundtrack of the year. Periphery drummer Matt Halpern joined Gordon and Sascha Dikiciyan (Sonic Mayhem) for a live medley of material from it at ‘The Game Awards‘ tonight, where the soundtrack also won the award for ‘Best Music/Sound Design’. The game also took home the award for ‘Best Action Game’ as well. Catch their performance below:
