TMZ are reporting that Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has settled the lawsuit filed against him by former keyboardist, etc. Chris Pitman. Pitman filed suit against Rose a few months back, seeking $163,000 for his work with the band, of which he was a member from 1998 up until this year. He claimed that Rose had wrote him a promissory note for $125,000 back in 2011 that never got paid. According to TMZ, Rose is said to have settled for less than what Pitman was seeking.
