Volume 1 of Slayer‘s three-part “Slayer: Repentless” comic series will now officially land in stores on January 25th, 2016. The band teamed up with writer Jon Schnepp (‘Metalocalypse‘) and artist Guiu Vilanova (‘Twilight Zone‘, ‘Conan The Avenger‘) for the series with Glenn Fabry doing the covers. A variant cover for volume 1 by Eric Powell (‘The Goon‘, ‘Hillbilly‘) will also be made available. The series is an extension of the tale told via their “Repentless” music video trilogy.
