BackWordz have debuted their music video for their latest single, “Be Great” below via Metal Injection. The self-described ‘street hop’ band have entered into an unconventional partnership with Attila frontman Chris Fronzak‘s Stay Sick Recordings for the release of their new album, “Veracity“, with further details on that effort still coming. They said of this latest track:
“‘Be Great‘ is a powerful track that represents everything that BackWordz embodies: unfiltered honesty, and liberty. Nearly seven minutes long, it highlights the diversity of the band; it starts as a rowdy and energetic metal/hardcore song, then takes an immediate change into a lyrical, classic hip-hop track that is reminiscent of the old school story telling days of rap. ‘Be Great‘ then springs into more modern rock record before closing in typical, rowdy BackWordz style.”
