Poison Headache have revealed via MetalSucks that Wovenwar/ex-As I Lay Dying guitarist Phil Sgrosso is among their ranks. The band recently signed with Metal Blade Records and will release their self-titled debut album on June 03rd. Along with the reveal of Sgrosso, the band have just shared a new cut from the effort titled “Conspirator“. Sgrosso told the aforementioned site of the track:
“‘Conspirator‘ reflects the punk influence in our music. It’s fast and simple in nature but we still aim to keep it heavy. In our book, there’s no better way to start a song off than with a circle pit. This song is written for those who manipulate and take advantage of the weak minded to serve their own destructive agenda. You will get yours.”
The band will host an album release party at the Brick By Brick in San Diego, CA on May 21st.
