According to Lambgoat, former Rotting Out frontman Walter Delgado is out on a $2,500 bond following his arrest with 70 pounds of marijuana and 1000 THC e-cigarette inserts and steroids earlier this month. Both Delgado and Anthony Jochum (of Search Bloc) were arrested on drug possession and trafficking charges on March 18th in Ohio.
They were initially pulled over for driving too close to another vehicle, with the odor emanating from their van tipping the police officer off to their illicit cargo. Lambgoat also report that Delgado has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and his case is now set for Grand Jury review. Despite all the legal activities, Delgado did return to Twitter today (March 31st) tweeting:
I’m 30 years old today. I’m an actual dumbass. I don’t even like weed.
