The cause of death is in for Motörhead frontman/bassist Ian “Lemmy” Kilmister. TMZ have shared a copy of his death certificate, which lists prostate cancer, cardiac arrhythmia and congestive heart failure as the causes of his death. Lemmy passed on December 28th, 2015, just days after his cancer diagnosis.
