TMZ are reporting that a fan has filed suit against Vanna and West Hollywood, CA venue the Whisky A Go Go after a 2013 show left him with a nose broken five places. He alleges that a guitar thrown by band smacked him in the nose, lacerating his face and more, with a portion of a guitar string even lodging in his nose. The man, identified as Eric Quiros, is suing both parties for unspecified damages. The band themselves have yet to comment on the matter, but in more positive news, have been recording their new album today:
