More victims have passed as a result of injuries sustained during the club fire that happened at Goodbye To Gravity‘s album release show at the Collectiv in Bucharest, Romania back on October 30th. Among the latest to perish are the band’s bassist Alex Pascu, who died today, November 11th, shortly after being transported to another facility for treatment of his burns.
The blaze also claimed the lives another few more attendees as well, with the death toll now at 51. Lead singer Andrei Galut remains the only surviving band member of the tragic event. The club itself caught fire due to lax safety standards and some ill-advised pyrotechnics during the band’s performance. The three owners of the venue are facing manslaughter charges as a result.
