Due the emotional strain it put on him, Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis is thankful to have the full-album performances of his bands self-titled debut album behind him. In a recent interview for alongside Suicide Silence/All Shall Perish frontman Eddie Hermida, Davis told breal.tv:
“I’m so motherfucking happy I don’t gotta play this fucking album again after this tour. I’m gonna be straight up honest. I don’t like fucking playing that fucking record. It’s dark, it fucks with my head. I’ve gotten into the worst depression on this tour. It’s just some shit that needs to go to bed. I’m glad I did it. The only reason I did it was for the fans so they could come out and feel that and see that. Don’t ask again, I’m not gonna do it again. I’m getting too old for this shit.”
Both Korn and Suicide Silence recently wrapped up Korn‘s 20th anniversary tour behind the album.
