Though they fell short on their crowdfunding goal, Cryptopsy will soldier on with the release of the first in a series of planned EP’s titled “The Book Of Suffering“. The first entry in the series, “The Book Of Suffering – Tome 1“, will be released October 30th with pre-orders to launch on September 25th. A video for the new song “Detritus (The One They Kept)” will also premiere on that day. See below for the track listing for the outing, which their own Chris Donaldson produced, while Jason Suecof (Trivium, All That Remains) handled the mixing duties.
