Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland shared some random facts with FHM regarding the bands meteoric rise and more. While sharing various tidbits, such as this one:
“Limp Bizkit’s rider always had ‘action figure’ written on it. Not too much to ask. We just wanted to see what we’d get.”
And:
“Baby oil is the only thing that will get rid of my stage make-up. I have to wear so much of it.”
He also reflected on how 9/11 effectively ended the lifespan of the bands ‘ “Rollin’ (Air Raid Vehicle)” music video:
“Boy, did the video for Rollin’ backfire. It was filmed on top of the World Trade Center. On 6 September 2001 we won an MTV Video Award [‘Best Rock Video’] for it and the staff at WTC sent over a fruit basket to congratulate us. After 9/11 everyone stopped playing it. Nobody wanted to see it. Neither did we.”
