In what is becoming a sadly rare event these days, another metal artist has taken home a gold plaque. Rob Zombie has received a new gold record—albeit for a near decade-old greatest hits compilation. Released in 2006, the compilation “The Best Of Rob Zombie: 20th Century Masters The Millennium Collection” paired White Zombie songs with Zombie‘s own solo output. It was certified by the RIAA as having sold 500,000 copies in the US on April 10th, 2015.
Zombie is of course no stranger to gold and platinum records, though he hasn’t had a new addition for the US territory since 2007, when his 2003 greatest hits compilation “Past, Present & Future” was certified platinum.
This one is now officially certified GOLD! Thanks to you all!
