Crossfaith issued a statement today, June 26th, canceling their remaining European shows. The Japanese metalcore group have found themselves under heavy scrutiny this week, after Falling In Reverse vocalist Ronnie Radke ejected the band from mini-run of shows in Europe together. Radke claims to have done so after discovering alleged misconduct being carried out in an attempted meetup by Crossfaith‘s 37-year-old guitarist Daiki Koide with a fan said by Radke to be 14-years-old.
Radke claims to have first contacted other members of the band to point out the allegedly inappropriate conversations, and also reached out to other festivals the band were booked on over the matter. However, Radke claims the band failed to act accordingly on his allegations, leading him to publicly blast them over the matter on his TikTok in a since-deleted video. In that video, Radke in part stated, “I was gonna be silent about it and let it go away and let the band fire the guy. They refused to fire him, so that means the kids are not protected. You need to protect these fucking teenagers.”
