Metallic hardcore outfit Age Of Apocalypse are joined by High Vis vocalist Graham Sayle on their newly released single “Impulse“. The song is leading up to May 23rd release of Age Of Apocalypse‘s sophomore album “In Oblivion“. Their vocalist Dylan Kaplowitz said the lyrical inspiration:
“‘Impulse‘ lyrically is just emphasizing that empathy is not weakness. It’s suggesting that looking through the eyes of someone else one might be able to find peace. It’s specifically touching on police violence and the dehumanizing protocols that are sometimes taken to exert ‘the law.'”
Both Age Of Apocalypse and High Vis were set to tour together this spring, until Sayle‘s emergency surgery spiked the run. Age Of Apocalypse‘s touring plans at the moment include:
