Irish post-rock quartet And So I Watch You From Afar will be releasing their seventh studio album, “Megafauna“, on August 09th. Pelagic Records and Velocity Records will be tag teaming the release of that effort in select regions.
The effort was described by the instrumental band’s guitarist Rory Friers as follows:
“‘Megafauna‘ is essentially a distilled moniker for our peers; all of the friends and characters that we’ve grown up with who’ve made us and our homes what they are today. Lockdown was an intensely introspective and reflective process, which put the comfort of community at the forefront of our minds throughout the writing process.”
The first single, “Do Mór“, is presently available to stream below, while pre-orders for the album can be obtained via orcd.co/asiwyfa.
